What is the No Expiry Date option?
Each gift is active for 365 days. After the gift with the No Expiry Date gift option ends, it becomes a gift card with no expiration date. The gift card can be used for the future purchases in Prezentmarzeń.
How much is the No Expiry Date gift option?
The cost of the No Expiry Date gift option equals to 10% of the gift’s value. Its value is returned to you as a gift card with no expiration date - which you can then use for future purchases in Prezentmarzeń.
How do I purchase the No Expiry Date gift option?
You can purchase the No Expiry Date gift option while entering the cart. The gift option is displayed as “PREZENT BEZTERMINOWY - BEZ ENDU” and all you have to do is click the green button “Dodaj”.
I already own a gift. How can I add the No Expiry date option?
The No Expiry Date gift option can be added (via purchasing it) to your gift at any moment when the gift wasn’t booked / used already. The option can be purchased for a voucher, BOX or gift card via www.moj.pm. The option is available only for gifts purchased after 01.01.2020.
My gift has expired. Can I still purchase the No Expiry Date option?
Yes. Even after your gift has expired, you can still purchase the No ∞ Expiry Date option via www.moj.pm. The option is available only for gifts purchased after 01.01.2020.
Can i extend the expiration date of my gift?
The option for extending the expiration date of a gift is not available. You may alternatively purchase the No Expiry Date gift option. Once a year since the initial purchase passes, and the gift has not been used, its value will be refunded and can be used for a purchase of a new dream. The refund comes in a form of a code - the same one as your initial gift (voucher, box, gift card).
Will I recive a gift card if my gift expires?
You won’t need a gift card - once your gift expires, it becomes a gift card with the same code as your initial gift. The gift card has no expiration date.
How can I check if my gift has already become an unexpiring gift card?
All you need to do is to insert your gift’s code on www.moj.pm.
If i use a gift with the No Expiry Date gift option, will I be able to use it as a gift card after expires?
No. If your gift has been used, you can no longer use it.
Will I lose No Expiry Date gift option, if I change my gift?
Yes. If you change your specific gift into another gift, you will lose the No Expiry Date gift option.
Can I withdraw the No Expiry Date gift option?
If you purchased the No Expiry Date gift option for all gifts in your cart, you can withdraw from the option all items at once only. If you purchased the No Expiry Date option for a specific gift, you can withdraw the option from a specific gift. Cancelling your orders can be made within 14 days since you received it, if the gifts weren’t used / changed for another gifts.
